Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at personal@strikeprosupplies.co.uk. Please note in the email you must tell us who you are, what you want to return and the reason for return, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must use EVRI to return to us, you can do this in one of these three ways.

- EVRI Locker drop off
- EVRI parcel shop drop off

The only thing we ask is that you pay the delivery fee for returning the product. Once you have emailed us with what the product is the reason for return and who you are, then we will tell you the address that you need to return the parcel through, and we will supply your refund once the parcel has been dropped off at one of the 3 points above.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What can I return?
We will allow returns on anything that has been damaged in the delivery process.
We will allow returns if you have ordered the wrong size colour or product.
When can I not return my item?
If tags have been removed from the product, then the return and refund is invalid.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at personal@strikeprosupplies.co.uk
