Orders & Shipping
Where can you ship to?
We ship currently to the UK and Ireland (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland).
When will my order arrive?
For next day delivery we ask you to place your order before 10am (Monday-Friday). We can then dispatch this order the same day. Standard delivery is between 2-4 days.
What courier do you use?
Our chosen courier is EVRI.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order through EVRI. The easiest way to this is by downloading EVRI’s app on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return something if I'm not happy with it?
Please send us an email at personal@strikeprosupplies.co.uk and explain your reason for returning the product.
Please ensure you have not removed any tags, if so the refund is invalid.

I want to exchange an item
Currently our returns system does not allow for exchanges. If you want to exchange your item, please re-order the desired item and we will refund your original order once we receive it back with us. This will also ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible
There is a problem with my order
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll get your order corrected right away.
